When and where is the festival taking place?

The festival will take place on Sunday 3rd May 2026 at Dinton Pastures Country Park, Berkshire, RG10 0TH. Please ensure you enter at the Davis Street Entrance.
There will be no access from Sandford Lane / Dinton Activity Centre.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to secure the best price and avoid disappointment if tickets sell out.

Do children need tickets?

Children under 5 may enter free.
Children aged 5 – 15 years require a child ticket.
16 and over require a general admission ticket

Once you arrive at Dinton’s Davis Street Entrance, head into the overflow carpark and follow the signs for Country & ‘Cue pre-booked parking.
Please have your parking ticket to hand to show our team to keep cars moving along quickly!
If you do not pre-book you are welcome to park in any of the Dinton car parks, but please ensure you head to a payment machine before heading to the event or you will receive a fine!

What time can I arrive?

Pre-booked parking allows you to park from 9am. Gates to the event will open at 10.30am. Please allow extra time as there will be a heavy flow of traffic.

Who qualifies for a Free Carer Ticket?

Accepted Answer

We offer a complimentary carer (personal assistant) ticket for attendees who require essential support to access and enjoy the festival.
A carer ticket is intended for someone providing significant, additional assistance, such as:
Personal care or mobility support
Assistance with communication or managing the event environment
Support due to a disability or long-term health condition
 
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The accompanying parent or guardian is considered part of our standard safeguarding requirement
Therefore, the accompanying adult does not automatically qualify for a free carer ticket
 
If a paying child requires support beyond the accompanying adult, a free carer ticket may be issued for an additional support person.

What proof of eligibility for a carers ticket should I bring?

To ensure fairness and availability, we may ask for supporting documentation when requesting a carer ticket. This could include one of the following:
Disability Living Allowance (DLA) / Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
An Access plus 1 card
Attendance Allowance/Carers Allowance Award letter

Is the event wheelchair/scooter accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the event is accessible for wheelchair users and mobility scooters, but please note it is held in a country park on grass terrain. There is also a slope at the entrance, which may require extra care or assistance depending on ground conditions and weather. We recommend allowing a little extra time on arrival, and bringing someone with you if you may need support.

We’ll have live country solo artists & bands, Southern Roots Radio and line dancing sessions with Country Gals throughout the day.

What is there for children?

Children can enjoy free use of our rides, bungee trampolines and inflatables providing they are wearing their wristband issued when you enter the event.
Please note, the Mechanical Rodeo Bull is not suitable for children under 10 or under 1.2m.
Other chargeable activities include facepainting, prize every time games, shooting range game, biscuit decorating, axe throwing (10+) and archery (10+)
Please remember that children should be supervised at all times!

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Only special dietary requirements, children’s snacks and baby food may be bought in to the event. Please make the most of our amazing food vendors!
Disposable BBQ’s and any other cooking equipment is strictly prohibited.

Can I bring camping chairs or blankets?

Accepted Answer

Yes, picnic blankets and low-back chairs are recommended! This is not a seated venue!
Please leave the gazebos at home for this event.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes – well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. If your dog is nervous with loud music, children and crowds this event may not be suitable for them.

Yes, trained first aid staff will be available throughout the event.

Yes, wristbands will be handed out on arrival and must be worn at the event and needed for re-entry.
