Country & ’Cue Festival – Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Country & ’Cue Festival you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Admission & Tickets -

·       Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the Event is cancelled.

·       The Event operates a challenge-25 policy. Valid photo ID may be required for age-restricted areas or alcohol purchases.

·       Tickets must be presented on entry (printed or digital).

·       Adult wristbands will be issued on entry and must be worn at all times.

·       Children’s wristbands will be issued on entry and must be worn at all times to gain free access to our inflatables and children’s rides.

·       Re-entry is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the ticket or signage.

·       Only tickets bought directly from JL Events are valid.

·       Proof of PIP/DLA, Access+1 Card or Attendance Allowance/Carers Allowance Award letter must be shown when entering with a free carer ticket.

·       No visitors under 18 may enter without an Adult ticket.

·       All Children under are to remain in the care of their accompanying adult or guardian.

2. Right of Refusal & Removal - 

The Event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Event site without refund if they:

·       Are deemed intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

·       Are in possession of illegal substances.

·       Attempt to trade without prior permission.

·       Display aggressive, threatening, abusive, or antisocial behaviour.

·       Fail to comply with staff instructions or Event rules.

Decisions made by Event security and staff are final.

3. Prohibited Items - 

The following items are not permitted at the event - 

·       Alcoholic beverages

·       Picnics – special dietary requirements, children’s snacks, baby food may be bought in to the event.

·       Illegal drugs - Strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the Event and possible involvement of the authorities.

·       Illegal substances.

·       Weapons or items that may be used as weapons.

·       Gazebo’s without prior permission.

·       Disposable BBQ’s or cooking equipment.

·       Fireworks, flares, or smoke devices.

·       Glass containers (unless purchased from authorised vendors).

Bag searches may be carried out as a condition of entry.

4. Safety & Conduct - 

·       Attendees must behave responsibly at all times.

·       Excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.

·       Open flames, BBQs, or cooking equipment is strictly prohibited.

·       All Children are to remain in the care of their accompanying adult or guardian at all times and must be supervised.

The Event takes place outdoors, on grass — attendees accept all the risks associated with uneven ground, weather conditions, noise, and crowds.

5. Photography, Filming & Media - 

·       By attending the Event, you grant permission to the organisers to capture, use, and publish photography and video footage in which you may appear.

·       This content may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes without compensation.

·       No professional recording equipment is prohibited on site without prior consent.

6. Liability & Personal Property - 

Attendance is at your own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for:

·       Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

·       Injury or illness unless caused by proven negligence.

·       Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

All Dinton car parks are chargeable, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have pre-paid or have paid for enough parking for their time at the event on arrival.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation - 

The organisers reserve the right to:

·       Change the Event programme, performers, timings, and children’s activities without notice.

·       Cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including severe weather, safety concerns, or force majeure)

·       In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed of refund or rollover arrangements.

This event will go ahead come rain or shine. A cancellation will only occur if it is deemed dangerous to continue.

8. Food, Drink & Allergies - 

·       Food and drink are supplied by third-party vendors.

·       Attendees with allergies or dietary requirements should speak directly to vendors before purchasing food.

·       The organisers accept no liability for allergic reactions or food-related issues.

9. Acceptance of Terms - 

·       Purchase of a ticket and/or entry to the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

·       Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

·       JL Events reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice and with written

notification to all ticket holders.
